Tapping Your Way To Good Health

Because I have suffered with chronic pain for over thirty years, a relative recently sent me an email containing a link to Emotional Freedom Techniques. Or, better known as the Tapping Technique. It is described as an updated version of acupuncture, without the needles.

The website contains a FREE 87 page training manual. Which I am still reading. Both the site and the manual suggest that you complete it before you delve into the techniques. I, also, strongly encourage you to do the same.

As someone who has lived with multiple chronic illnesses, my goal is to share information that could positively affect your health too. If it helps you, I would certainly like to know. So I am placing a poll to the right of this article. There is no personnel information gathered or shared with anyone else. The poll is strictly for this site's information.

I am in no way connected with the organization or the people who own emofree.com. I do think that if there is a technique that will help with or cure your chronic illness, it is worth looking into. So, we are looking into it.

Introduction to EFT

What is EFT?

How To Use The Pressure Points

Stop Needing A Doctor

After viewing the above videos, completing the training manual and trying the technique, PLEASE return to this blog and take the EFT poll!!!

Yet another technique I was completly unaware of. You always have great recources here!
Exploring the many possible avenues will always be the best way of completing the route of point [a] to point [b]. "B" as the coordinate for pain relief.

God bless,
your pal Speedy

Hi Speedy! Thanks for the compliment. My hope is that just one of these techniques helps just one, then one, then one...

Be well!

By sharing all the information what was known by you were useful, I felt you really had a noble heart. May the God's mercy will touch you.

Tikno I know that information is power. There are so many chronically ill people on this earth. Whatever helps end some of their suffering is worth investigating and certainly worth a try.

Why continue one form of help when it is not working? We do it every day. Simply because we do not know anything else.

It is insane to continue doing the same thing and expecting a different result. We know it. Yet, when it comes to our health, we don't reconize that we are doing it.

If we are to live exciting, adventurous, whole, stimulating, love-filled lives, we must change our way of thinking about our health and our health care.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments and please visit again.

I am using NAET allergy treatments to help me be able to eat more foods and handle environmental smells. This same practioner also educated me on EFT and I am using it somewhat right now. I have found it helps most for my "air hunger" and inner trembling. I have very little experience yet with it, but I know it works and am looking forward to using it along with NAET, herbs, supplements, vitamins, pain neutralization techniques, and western meds for my Lyme and CFS.
Hope it is helpful for you.

Renee thanks for your helpful input. When your comment arrived, I was actually studying EFT .

Already, I have received amazing results. I want to perfect my memory of the sequence of the technique.

Please keep me posted concerning your results.

Hi Mckay, I started using EFT a couple of months ago. One of the most noticable things for me has been my increase in energy. Although I have not "Tried It On Everything" as yet, I definately believe that this is something that will turn out to be one of the biggest healing pratices of our time.

As always you are bringing quality helpful information to your readers.

Hi Carole! I am glad that it is helping your energy levels.

It has helped with the pain in my wrist. Several month ago, my doctor told me I would require surgery. That was just not acceptable to me.

I will let you know when the wrist pain is completely gone.

I am still getting the technique tweaked to fit me!

Be well

Hi Pamela K! I am so glad EFT has helped you! I hope that with continued use, you will continue to improve until you suffer no pain.

It has been that way with me. I have noticed a remarkable reduction in my pain level. So I am going to continue to use it.

Thank you for your valuable contribution.

Hi Christina

At this point, I think the free manual linked on this post is invaluable. It is a detailed description of what EFT is and how to use it safely.

Also, the videos of the post give excellent visual examples of how to perform it.

I hope that you will try it on everything. Not just your physical or mental health, but, financial, love, spirituality etc...

Tikno thanks for visiting again. Yes, I am feeling much better. I am, as I hope you and others are, learning the depths of tapping or EFT.

There is a plethora of information on this post and I hope these links and videos will be taken advantage of.
