AWARD for participation
dedication and affection to
TODAY'S FLOWERS

It is hard not to smile when you look out your window and see this pink verbena being visited by a beautiful Swallowtail butterfly.

The white flowers are mums that returned from previous years. The verbena are teturns aswell.

On this bright summer day it is not hard to be grateful for just being alive. And, deeply and profoundly accepting yourself-just the way you are.

Many of us spend our whole lives running from feeling. With the mistaken belief that we cannot bear the pain. But we have already borne the pain. What you have not done is feel all you are beyond the pain. Kahlil Gibran

Thanks for sharing what you have been going through. I think people need to educate themselves with health & illness information, and thus including the experience from people who suffer from certain illness.

Warm wishes,

Home-When I first became disabled, that is what kept me sane-reading about what people like me were doing.

My goal with this blog is to return the favor.

Be well

Beautiful picture. Yes the D80 is hard to learn. I am going to read a lot of books to learn more about it. The program I used to animate is called Animator just run that name and download it. It is easy just use a web cam and click each picture on the animator program. But do 8 frames per second, the standard 15 it super fast.

Such a lovely photo! When I'm looking at it, I can feel the Sun beams in my room (which is something to be taken very serious since we are deep in foggy November) :-). Thank you for your visit and greetings from Croatia.

Beautiful verbena.

The pink flower seemed very appropriate in your case. I know about serious disease since I'm alive only due to the fact that someone else is not.

However that may be - I found no blue or pink spots to press. There were headings, but nothing else.

I don't think I have been here before because I would have remembered. I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with so much. I do find the one thing about living with a chronic illness (MS) that I don't take things for granted and I tend to notice small things that others might not....Thank you visiting my hummingbird moth and flowers post..

I like the verbena very much. They flower so long! And when you visited my Flower for Today begonias, you asked if they come back. In California they did, but here in Seattle even with coddling and deep mulch, only a few. But so welcome! Thanks very much for visiting.

Verbena is another flower that I would love to have in my garden!

My therapist is always trying to get me to feel certain things and not run away. I've been doing the therapy thing for, oh, over twenty years! Good luck with all your own struggles.
